A complete Installation guide for Apache in ubuntu

Apache helps laravel to run. It is one of the most popular server tools. It provides a secure, efficient, and extensible server that provides HTTP services in sync with the current HTTP standards. To install apache run the below command.

sudo systemctl status apache2

Ubuntu starts the Apache service and makes it boot during system loading.

If you are using a firewall, then you need to set rules so that apache can run successfully. If you don't run any firewall then feel free to skip this step.

sudo ufw allow “Apache Full”

After that, check if the Apache service is running by using below command.

sudo systemctl status apache2
apache-service-running

Finally open the address in your web browser. If you are running your service in local device, try with http://localhost or if with server then put your IP address (eg. 192.168.255.255) assigned or you can simply put your domain address (like howtotech.in). If you can see the below image, then your apache service is up and running.
